Large Country House Hotel, offering banqueting facilities for up to 350
covers, 2 restaurants and a wealth of health and leisure facilities. Major
development and refurbishment is planned for the future. This is an excellent employer who looks after their staff

The Candidate Requirement:
This 150-cover restaurant, operating a table d’Hôte and a la
carte menus requires an organised and standards focused individual,
able to motivate the team successfully. The ideal candidate will have
experience from within a rosetted environment, and will be used to
dealing with high volumes. This restaurant is set within an
exceptionally busy, beautiful 4 star Hotel, part of a small Group,
and as such this is a demanding role – which will be rewarded with
good benefits and training, accommodation on-site and career
development opportunities.
