Situated in Evershot in the heart of the Dorset countryside close to Dorchester and Yeovil, Summer Lodge, a member of Relais and Chateaux, is a leading newly refurbished 5* hotel comprising 24 bedrooms and suites, a 3 AA Rosette restaurant, spa, heated indoor swimming pool, tennis court, and renowned for providing unrivalled levels of personal service. 

We are seeking a talented, well-presented and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead this motivated team of professionals to offer our guests outstanding levels of service. The busy dining room offers exceptional silver service, gueridon service which compliments the traditional cuisine. 

This role is operational so most of the time will be spent in the restaurant. Summer Lodge is part of The Red Carnation Hotel Collection. We offer all our employees unrivalled training, development and competitive salary packages.

Salary:  £12,000 - £16,600 plus Benefits
