Description:
We
are looking for a talented individual to join and assist manage our
Restaurant Team of 18. Areas of responsibility of the Restaurant (Fine
Dining, Three Rosettes also the informal brassiere style dining), Room
Service, Bar and Lounge Service, Conference and Banqueting. .
Responsibilities will include:-
·
To
ensure thorough effective supervision of all Food and Beverage services
·
To
be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable
duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Restaurant Manager if
required, meeting business demands and guest services needs
·
To
assist in the building of an efficient team of employees by taking an
active involvement in their welfare, safety, training and development.
·

Applicants
for the position must have:-
•
Proven track record within a Quality Hotel environment, to three
Rosette’s level and above.
•
People management, ability to train and develop others
•
Computer literate
•
Well presented, polite and friendly nature, exemplary customer care
skills
•
Flexibility and skills to work in all areas of food and beverage
•
Enthusiastic, motivated and excellent team relationships
•
A knowledge of fine wines, cheese, cigars, liqueurs an advantage
Salary:
£18,000 - £19,000
