Job Description:

We are looking for a Chef de Rang - Bar to work with our Senior Barman and the Restaurant Manager and team.

The right person will have a total passion and commitment to their role and be able to meet and exceed guests expectations of a 5 star hotel. A good knowledge of hotel product and services will be essential.

They will need to have a high level of presentation and self-confidence, be approachable and reliable.

In addition to salary and good service charge is payable and other benefits, apart from accommodation, include use of Spa and gym.

Salary:  £14,000 - £15,000
