Description:
This food-led gastro-pub enjoys a very loyal local trade and plenty of
‘passers-by’, coming in to sample its varied menus. This is a
deceptively busy operation, and is owned by a renowned Michelin star
Head Chef.
The Candidate Requirement
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee
front of house service – someone with a quality background
(ideally some rosette experience), capable of providing the team
with structure, training and development - whilst providing the
guest with a relaxed and un-stuffy, yet professional experience.
Salary:
£25,000
