Description:
Large and four star Hotel with rosetted fine dining restaurant,
banqueting facilities for over 400 covers and extensive leisure
facilities. Part of an established Group, which offers excellent
development opportunities, this is a good opportunity to take the

The Candidate Requirement:
Experienced professional required to take over the running of an
exceptionally busy department, within a highly accoladed and
renowned property. Whilst you will be capable of running all C&B
events, your main focus will be to push the department forward
through setting and achieving strategies in terms of yielding sales
and managing departmental financial budgets. You will need to be an
organised individual with excellent man-management skills in order
to fulfill the brief of this unusual role – the successful
candidate will also have a 4/5 star background, ideally with some
rosette level experience.
