I am looking for a sophisticated and quality driven Restaurant Manager with a relaxed and elegant style. The restaurant is part of a collection of well regarded and five star restaurants, situated on the banks of the Thames close to Tower Bridge. My client wants a manager, who is culturally spot on, you need to exude elegance and style, be immaculately groomed and have the presence to project that to client and your team.
  
A proven restaurant manager from within a quality environment you will also have the foresight and commercial acumen to seek out opportunities to develop the business in a sophisticated manner, adding value to the already £1.5mil turnover. Additional to the core restaurant business there is scope to increase the events side of the business, with a river view terrace, the private hire of the restaurant and also most importantly the outside catering at a large events space and venue located beneath the restaurant.
  
Ideally you will have a quality driven operational background with some banqueting experience and a good level of commercial and financial knowledge.
  
This is a wonderful restaurant with fantastic food, a very efficient and stable team that has huge potential to do even greater things than it already is.
  
Salary:  £38,000 - £40,000
