Job Description:

We are looking for an inspiring, passionate and experienced Operations Manager for a market leading food retailer whose business is producing freshly made, high quality food. As Operations Manager you will be ensuring the high and un wavering standards, profitability and success of your shops. Above all you need to be able to develop, lead and motivate your area in a caring, friendly and up lifting way.
  
You will be driven by providing excellent service, have a great attention to detail and have the commercial experience to drive your area and our business forward. The ideal candidate will already be a multi site or Operations Manager from within retail, restaurants or the pubs and bars sectors; an experience in brands will be advantageous.
