Description:
Our
client is the 5 star quality London arm of one of the world’s largest
caterers. They are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, quality 5
star operations manager to join the senior operations team.
You
will take control of running “the” top restaurant operation in the
city working closely with the celebrity chef whose name is the
restaurant, as well as 3 other high profile banking sites. Your
portfolio of business will expand to 12 sites within 6 to 12 months of
joining the company. You need to be commercially extremely strong and
financially strong. You need to know the art of diplomacy and be a good
negotiator.
We are open to background but you do need to be able to hit the ground
running so ideally will have both 5 star experience as well as quality
top end restaurants experience.
Salary:
£50,000
