This company is very high profile and has some of the best restaurant locations in London – with the wow factor. Serving the top cooperate market and to a very well known level and reputation – you will be autonomous in the GM role with full responsibility of all aspects of your venue.

  
It is important that you have an overall view in your current role that enables you to see the big picture, with all of its angles, you must be coming from an equally reputable company with a high profile, ideally a 5* hotel operational manager.
The site takes in the region of £4 million p/a and has a variety of outlets including hospitality, restaurants and café/bar, so there really is a large range of market groups that is attracted to use the fantastic facilities.

  
You need to be an operator and used to dealing with volume in a busy fast paced environment, also an ideas person that will keep striving to develop and bring new ideas to your operation, of which you will have complete control.

Salary:  £50,000
