I
am looking for a dynamic General Manager who is looking for a unique
venue which is privately owned by this catering company. The set up is
like a private house and there are 10 bedrooms where guests can stay
after the event. This is a venue which has a wedding license and a large
part of their business is also corporate. So there is a lot of
diversity.
They have 50 weddings a year and this is a regular fixture. They can
take about 150 people standing or 120 seated. The team is small and
everyone including the GM is hands on, there are 5 people in total. You
need to be a real foodie, creative and modern. You need to be physically
fit, energetic, and be enthusiastic.
You will come from a 5* Hotel background, and have London C&B
Experience. You will be involved in tastings with the client, organising
and running the event. You will need to have worked with both corporate
and leisure guests before so you can understand and manage the
differences. You need to be flexible, organised and immaculately
presented.
Salary:
£45,000
