client is the leading independent contract caterer in the UK and is
looking for an innovative, business minding commercially focused Operators.
They
will give you as much autonomy as you need to do you role, they are not
looking to micro-manage.
The
business will be yours to run as you see fit, basically treat you as an
adult! Yes food is very important to them as are their people, but as a
business they are evolving and so is their culture.
They
are looking for people to join them who are strong on quality
management, extremely financially driven as well as having your own
innovation and ideas to inspire your team and your clients.
This really is a great role as well as being a key time to join this
independent contract caterer!
Salary:
£40,000 - £45,000
