Description:
My
client is one of the worlds leading cutting edge 5 star catering
operators and are looking for a Food Service Director to run this high
profile flagship banking site in the city of London.
You
will manage a turnover of approximately £8million and a core team of
120. You must be sales driven, creative, innovative and incredibly
financially strong. Ideally you will have experience at managed large
volume 5 star F&B operations within Hotels either here or aboard and
be looking to transfer your sills into the world of Corporate city life.
You
will report into the Operations Director and as such will have a high
degree of autonomy in running your site.
Salary:
£60,000
