Description:
We
are seeking a Demi Chef de Rang to work in our FRENCH Brasserie, .
This
role has responsibility for the commis working with them.
The
successful candidate will have a special working relationship with the
Bar, Kitchen and Reception.
They
need to have a total passion and commitment to their role and be able to
meet and exceed guests expectations of a 5 star hotel, in relation to
courtesy, professionalism and prompt service.
They
will have a high level of presentation and self-confidence, be
approachable and reliable, be assertive and use initiative and diplomacy
and have respect for themselves and others.
In
addition to salary this position commands a good service charge
remuneration. The holiday allowance is 20 days. Accommodation is
available.
Salary:
£12,000 plus
