Description:
Responsibility
for apprentices, 1st and 2nd Commis and Demi Chef de Partie.
Assisting
Head Chef and Sous Chefs in achieving a high level of cuisine expected
by guests staying at a 5 star hotel and maintaining this level
consistently.
Supervise,
train, inspect and maintain to the highest level. Stocktake, maintain
records and prepare orders for foods purchased.
To
observe legal obligations, due diligence and health and safety
procedures for self and staff.
Motivate,
team build and have total dedication and discipline to produce cuisine
to the highest standard.
Responsibility for own and staff's personal hygiene.
Have
the ability to set priorities and organise other members of the kitchen
as defined by Head chef.
This
position also benefits from a good service charge payment on top of
salary. Accommodation can be provided. Holiday allowance is 20 days.
Salary:
£15,000 - £18,000
