Newly
opening restaurant, superb Head Chef already in place with the
capability to achieve 3 rosettes/1 star Michelin. The owner has
committed to source local, ethically produced ingredients and plans to
develop the restaurant into a renowned destination venue.
The Candidate Requirement:
Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate a 3-rosette/Michelin
background, and have a flair and originality to bring to the team, you
must be a competent all-rounder, able to cover all sections and deputise
for the Head Chef in his absence and have some knowledge of GP’s and
hygiene legislation.
You should have a passion for quality cuisine, as well as having a solid
background in food costing, menu creation and implementation and staff
training and development.
Salary: £30,000
