Large
and modern four star Hotel with large fine dining restaurant, banqueting
facilities for over 600 covers and extensive leisure facilities. This is
an excellent employer who looks after their staff well, training and
development is all part of the package and many staff stay with the
Company for long periods of time as a result!
The Candidate Requirement:
This gastro-style restaurant within the Hotel requires an enthusiastic
chef to join the brigade, you will produce most dishes from fresh
ingredients and there are no breakfast shifts to bother with! The
successful candidate will have good all-round kitchen experience and a
rosette background and the desire to help develop this product further.
This is a great opportunity to use fresh produce to cater for small
numbers in an already popular operation. Live in accommodation included.
