Famous
and privately owned exclusive club with extensive leisure facilities and
5 star level bedrooms. With the large kitchens managed by one of Red
Star’s favorite chefs, this is a monster of an operation, catering for
a fine dining restaurant, busy banqueting and private dining facilities.
Often hosting high-profile events; film and product launches, sporting
events, society weddings, the teams are required to cater for up to
2,000 covers during peak season!
The Successful Candidate:
Superb opportunity for a committed pastry professional! You will work
within a small pastry team, within a large and stable brigade, producing
all desserts and pastries such as petit fours, ice creams, sorbets,
soufflés, canapés, parfaits and several breads for a fine dining
restaurant, busy lounge and extensive (seasonal) banqueting operation,
the ideal candidate will have a background at 2 rosette level and be
able to bring flair and imagination to the team. This role offers
excellent working hours, bonus scheme,
