Description:
Large and modern four star Hotel with large fine dining restaurant,
banqueting facilities for over 600 covers and extensive leisure
facilities. This is an excellent employer who looks after their staff
well, training and development is all part of the package and many staff
stay with the Company for long periods of time as a result!
The Candidate Requirement:
This stunning property seeks a solid professional to produce all
desserts, pastries and breads to 2-rosette level. This Hotel currently
operates a fine dining restaurant, Brasserie operation and a busy
banqueting department.
You must be able to demonstrate both solid fine dine and volume
operations within your CV and be committed to achieving the targets set
by the Head Chef. This position offers excellent benefits.
Salary:
£30,000
