Opportunity
exists at either commis or demi CHEF level depending on experience.
Duties
are: To assist as much as possible in the smooth running of a busy
kitchen. To work closely with your Chef de Partie.
To
prepare, produce and present food to the agreed standard of the
management and maintain the standard of cleanliness and hygiene of the
hotel We are committed to training, developing and investing in all of
our people so this position is available for a minimum of one year. You
will therefore need to be eligible to live and work in UK for min. one
year.
Salary:
£14,000 - £15,000
