-Ensure all Pastry Colleagues are aware of standards &
expectations
-Ensure all grooming, spot check, daily checklists, and
temperature log sheet to be completed as required
-Maintain cleanliness and proper rotation of product in
Pastry chillers & freezers
-Maintain consistent on the job training sessions for
Culinary Colleagues.
QUALIFICATIONS
-3 years experience in similar position
-5 star luxury hotel background
-High volume banqueting experience
-Knowledge of sugar, chocolate work and wedding cake
preparations
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Sanitation and hygiene certified
-Team Player
-Fluent in English required
